Stainless steel and fittings
We have become a leader in the manufacture of furnaces for bright annealing and solution annealing of stainless-steel tubes, whether welded or extruded, as well as fittings, all in a controlled atmosphere of hydrogen and nitrogen. The stainless-steel tubes and fittings we treat vary widely, from rod tubes up to 76mm in diameter to even the smallest fittings used in the medical industry.
Our conveyor belt furnaces are designed to operate with 100% hydrogen in the heating zone, ensuring a completely safe working environment. Additionally, the system allows for constant monitoring of the dew-point, which contributes to both cost and time savings. These innovations stem from extensive industry research and are aimed at achieving the highest standards of technological reliability.

DEDICATED TO INNOVATION
The stainless steel tubes and fittings sector heavily depends on industrial furnaces and heat treatment systems to produce high-quality, durable, and corrosion-resistant components. These systems are integral to processes that enhance mechanical properties, ensure dimensional accuracy, and meet stringent industry standards for applications in diverse fields such as construction, energy, automotive, and chemical processing.
Annealing
Relieves stresses and improves ductility for easier shaping of tubes and fittings, ensuring durability and machinability. Conducted in controlled atmospheres to prevent oxidation and create a polished surface, ideal for sanitary and decorative applications. Dissolves carbides to enhance corrosion resistance and mechanical uniformity, critical for marine and chemical environments.
Stress relieving
Reduces residual stress from welding or forming, preventing deformation and cracking in high-pressure or structural components.
Furnace types
Continuous furnaces enable high-volume, consistent production, while vacuum and batch furnaces handle specialized or smaller-scale jobs. Induction systems offer localized heating for specific needs like post-weld treatment.
